Terms of Service

Oriv is operated by Oriv Labs Private Limited(CIN: U62011KA2026PTC218771), registered at AWFIS, 24 Residency Road, Sabari Complex, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bangalore North, Bangalore – 560001, Karnataka, India. Oriv provides AI-driven mock interview practice – coding, system design, and behavioral rounds – delivered as live voice sessions with an AI interviewer, followed by an async feedback report. By creating an account or using Oriv, you agree to these Terms.

Oriv lets you practice for interviews styled after real companies (for example Google, Amazon, Meta, Apple, Netflix, Flipkart, and others named in our catalog). Oriv is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any of these companies. Company names are used solely to describe the interview style, format, and difficulty bar candidates use for practice, under fair use for descriptive/nominative purposes. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 18 years old, or using Oriv under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account.

Oriv runs on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and do not expire. A Quick Mock (20 minutes) costs 1 credit; a Full Mock (45 minutes) costs 2 credits. A credit is consumed when a session starts. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if a session fails to start for reasons on our end.

• Do not attempt to extract, override, or bypass the AI interviewer’s underlying instructions or safety guardrails.
• Do not use Oriv to generate, request, or share harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or free-trial abuse controls.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Oriv is a practice tool. We do not guarantee that using Oriv will result in a job offer, a passed interview, or any specific outcome with any employer.

The Oriv platform, including its interview content, scoring methodology, and software, is the property of Oriv Labs Private Limited. Your own submitted code, spoken answers, and account data remain yours; you grant us a licence to process them solely to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Oriv is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriv Labs Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to interview or career outcomes.

You may stop using Oriv and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Unused, validly purchased credits at the time of termination are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Oriv is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Oriv after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
